Be sure to have a provider inputted in Shikari as for right now you will have to use third-party solvers. Captchas use the task's proxy.
The Shopify module only requires accounts on sites that require memberships in order to purchase said item(s); otherwise, accounts without a membership end up getting errors at checkout. To add your accounts to Shikari, go to the tab and click Add Accounts
. Paste your accounts (email:pass format) in the field and click Save.
In order to login, Shikari tasks match the email of the profile to the email of the account. So make sure your emails match in both accounts and profiles. If you are missing the account or there are multiples of the same account, you will receive errors.
Certain sites, such as creations.mattel
, will simply match the email address associated with your profile and determine whether or not you have the required add-on (membership) for a checkout.
If you have an account with that email in Shikari, it will use that account to login. If not, it will checkout as a guest like normal (using the profile's email).
With Shopify, there are four ways to monitor products: Direct Link, URL Handle, Variant, and Keywords.
Direct Link, just copy the entire URL of the item(s) you're wanting to go after and then paste in the
Product Direct Link
labeled input field.
EXAMPLE OF FINDING THE URL HANDLE OF A PRODUCT:
https://mondoshop.com/collections/more-products/products/mondo-comics-code-authority-enamel-pinThe URL Handle is mondo-comics-code-authority-enamel-pin. This is the end of the item(s) URL; the entire section following the final
/
symbol. Behind the scenes, the URL Handle method automatically constructs the full link.
A Variant is a set of unique numbers that represent a specific size, color, and item(s) on a website. These are usually provided by your cook group and/or your cook group's monitors, which display every detail they can find about a product.
Keywords are sets of words that are used to search for product(s) on drops that do not have the Direct Link or Variant(s) beforehand.
Can be used with or without
+
and with or without spaces between each Keyword. Capitalization does not matter.Negative Keywords must be preceded by the
-
symbol, with no space in between.air,force,-beige,-white
+air,+force,-beige,-white
Air, Force, -beige, -white
+air, +Force, -beige, -White
It is recommended to have at least a handful of Watchdogs for best performance.
You can only input one item per Watchdog task. So if you have multiple items in one Checkout task, you will need to create one Watchdog task per item.
Watchdogs are required in addition to Checkout tasks.
Each type of Watchdog use is dependent on the site you're targeting, as a Variant (or Variants) may pick up more reliably than a Direct Link/URL Handle/Keywords do.
For Shopify Checkout tasks, you must use either Direct Link, URL Handle, Variant(s), or Keyword(s).
You can input multiple products in a comma-separated list for more efficient checkout tasks only on Variants and Keywords as the selected Target Method
.
You can run residential proxies for your Checkout tasks as it won't use data when at the Waiting for product to be found
status, but it will use data once it's found the product and/or refreshed the checkout process.
Although ISP proxies are recommended, residential proxies should also be used due to Shopify Proxy Protection (Shopify PP) on certain sites/drops.
If a site doesn't have Shopify PP, then ISPs are the faster of the two.
The quality of your proxies is still important, so choose wisely from your provider's options; most, if not all, providers do not guarantee their proxies will work with Shopify PP.
Specific sites like Kith, are known to cancel if you get more than one checkout per profile/address. It is best to jig addresses and have unique phone numbers, credit cards, and names to avoid cancellations.
The Shopify module uses the card on your profile that's in Shikari; if the card you have in your profile is not saved to your Shopify account, it will add the card to your account while running the task. The same goes for the address you used.
Clear Task Data
on tasks where you changed any information from what you were using before; otherwise, this will cause the task to use the old information again instead of your new task setup information.
Checkout
tasks should be Waiting for product to be found
.
Variant(s) > Link(s) > KW(s) is the order of which should be prioritized when possible.
If the site has reCAPTCHA enabled, a status of Solving reCAPTCHA for checkpoint
will appear when it is running.
If you're having trouble solving, check your Captcha provider's main page to see if you need to change your password.
Captchas use the tasks proxy.
You must have a proxy on both your Watchdog & Checkout tasks until in-bot harvesters are added.
Whatever size selection you make on your Checkout tasks (One Size
, Random Size
, 7
, 7 1/4
, etc.), it will not pick up just any size if you're targeting with Variant(s), because Variant(s) are specifically tied to a product's size, color, etc.
If you select Random Size
in addition to some other sizes, Shikari will prioritize the specified sizes first, and if none of the specified sizes are available, it will choose a random size.
Sites with non-standard spellings of sizing (lrg, sml, xx-sm, etc.) will still be picked up, as will each respective one from the categories of xxs, xs, s, m, l, xl, 2xl, and 3xl; they're case insensitive.
If a site has a password page up, Shikari will continue to loop until the password page is down or until the user inputs the password by right-clicking and editing the task(s) and inputting the password in the Site Password
input field.
On any early links, remove the _ph
of the link.
Delays of 3000-5000 ms are recommended, but see this for instructions on how to set up Watchdog timings for a more efficient way of monitoring.
You must match your Watchdog and Checkout tasks by at least one input; more information is available .
