Profiles
The Profiles tab is where you will create, import, and export all your profile needs; you can also create profile groups.
PROFILE GROUPS
To make a Profile Group, go to the top left and click the
+ Create Groupbutton, which is to the right of the drop-down menu, where all of your Profile Group names will be listed.After pressing the
+ Create Groupbutton, a popup will appear in which you can name your Profile Group, and then click theCreatebutton.By clicking the Magnifier icon in the top right corner, between the
Exportand+ Create Profilebuttons, you can search through your profiles. Switch your Profile Group selection toAll, as using this search function will only look for profiles in the selected Profile Group.Profiles can be imported and exported using the
ImportandExportbuttons located at the top right.
CREATING A PROFILE INPUT FIELDS
The first page of this popup contains your shipping address information.
PROFILE NAME
Input the name in which you will want this profile to be referred to.
Input your email address; this is case-sensitive when corresponding with an account.
FIRST NAME
Input your first name.
LAST NAME
Input your last name.
PROFILE GROUP
Select which Profile Group(s) you want the profile you're creating at the time to be placed in; by default, this will be the one you're in at the time of creating the profile.
STREET ADDRESS
Input your main address.
STREET LINE 2
Input your additional address information; this is usually your apartment number (APT #), suite, etc.
CITY
Input the name of your city.
STATE
Select one of the states from the drop-down list. The states shown correspond with the country you've selected.
ZIP CODE
Input your postal zip code. You can input up to 10 characters.
COUNTRY
Select one of the countries from the drop down list.
PHONE NUMBER
Input your phone number.
By default, at the bottom of this popup, the Same billing address option will be enabled; you may disable it to change the billing address if it's not the same information as the shipping address.
PAYMENT DETAILS
When entering your cards' number and CVV, there should be no spaces in between.
Expiration date format is DD/YYYY.
Profiles must be converted to Shikari's format prior to being imported.
When using a RedCard for profiles, make sure your CVV you have for said profile is your RedCard's pin number.
