Keyboard Shortcuts
To select multiple tasks within the same vicinity altogether; use
Shift/β§; you must have one task selected beforehand to make your selections; then click on the selected task.To select multiple tasks located in different areas of the task area, use
Ctrl/β; do not have any task(s) selected beforehand; then click on each selected task.To select all tasks within a task group, use
Ctrl+A/β+A; does not matter whether you have a task selected or not; this is only if you do not have tasks that go beyond the task area that you can see without the need of scrolling up or down; otherwise, you will need to select one task before usingCtrl+A/β+A.
All the tasks selected will then perform the same action you will want them to take (i.e., stop/start task(s), duplicate, etc.) when right-clicking.
If you select multiple task(s) that are different sites and wish to do an edit, you cannot do this and a error will popup.
