Common Errors

  • Anytime there is a task error and you are unable to figure out the issue even after looking through the guide and Discord first, please right-click on the said task and report it.

  • If it's not task-related, please make a ticket or use the #bug-report channel in the Discord server to report it.

MISC SOLUTIONS
  • An error may be fixed by restarting the bot itself.

  • Right click -> clear task data can resolve some issues as well, please check the guide and Discord server beforehand.

MISC ERRORS
  • NAVIGATION TIMEOUT: Proxy error; just restart the task. If it keeps happening, switch proxy or clear task data.

  • PROTOCOL ERROR: Browser error; clear task data and restart the task.

  • TOO MANY NETWORK ERRORS: Right click -> switch proxy, and restart the task. If that doesn't work, try clearing the task data and restarting the task. If that doesn't work, check your proxies, as this is a proxy-related error.

  • LICENSE VALIDATION ERROR: Happens due to losing connection with the license server 3 times in a row.

  • FAILED TO CREATE ACCOUNT/LOGIN FAIL: Make sure all information in your account(s) matches; it is case-sensitive.

  • DOWNLOAD CHROMIUM: Allow 1-5 minutes for it to download before opening a ticket. The task you have this status shown on should be left running without being stopped; if you stop it, just rerun it again till it completes.

  • YOU UPDATE SHIKARI, BUT IT REVERTS BACK TO AN OLDER UPDATE: Delete your previous downloads and shortcuts of Shikari.

  • STUCK ON SOLVING CAPTCHA: Login to your captcha provider's website and see whether or not you have to change your password or add an authentication to continue to use their service.

TOPPS (US & UK)
  • SAME COOKIE: Clear task data and restart the task.

  • MULTIPLE COOKIES EXIST WITH NAME-FORM_KEY: Clear task data and restart the task.

  • net::ERR_TUNNEL_CO.../TOO MANY NETWORK ERRORS: Proxy related issue.

  • CAPTCHA IS SOLVED, BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING: Restart bot to make sure your captcha solver party is connected.

  • FAILED TO ADD PRODUCT TO CART AFTER CAPTCHA IS SOLVED ON CHECKOUT TASKS: Please stand by as this is an issue on our end.

  • ANTI CAPTCHA ERROR: [ERROR_NO_SLOT_AVAILABLE:2]No idle...: This is an error from Anti Captcha that means that all of the workers are busy solving other captchas. You can increase your bid in Anti Captcha to out bid people for a position in the queue, but just waiting a minute or two solves the problem. It's usually caused by a massive influx in captcha solve requests.

  • SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHILE LOGGING IN: This happens when logging into your Topps account on Checkout Tasks. You can first try to manually log into your Topps account in your browser, then remove your account from Shikari and reinput, clear task data, and restart your task. If that option doesn't work, change your Topps account password and manually log into your Topps account in your browser first, then remove your account from Shikari and reinput, clear task data, and restart your task.

  • ERROR_WRONG_USER_KEY: Your 2Captcha key is incorrect.

WALMART
  • WHEN CREATING WALMART ACCOUNTS IT SHOWS PERIMETERX ERRORS & SQL ERROR: The email you entered is already registered and is just needed to be added to Shikari.

  • CONTRACT SETUP FAILED TOO MANY TIMES: Clear task data and then restart the task.

  • BLOCKED BY PX/456 ERRORS: Try different proxies.

PANINI

TARGET
  • ADD PHONE OR ADDRESS/FAILED TO ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS: Target has a limit of 15 shipping addresses that can be saved per account. If you already have a maximum of 15 shipping addresses, you will have to delete a saved address before adding another one.

  • IT'S BEEN ADDED TO THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TARGET ACCOUNTS. PLEASE ADD A DIFFERENT CARD/ERROR ADDING PARMENT METHOD, CARD HAS BEEN ADDED TO ALLOWED CARD LIMIT: One of your cards has been added to the max number of Target accounts allowed; it’ll have to be removed from one of your other accounts.

  • ERROR WHILE GENERATING SHAPE ATC COOKIES:...: Proxy related issue.

  • FAILED TO GET CART INFO: This occurs on new Target accounts; just log into the account manually and go to the cart, then run the task again.

  • CART WITH SNAP ITEMS AND ADD-ON ITEMS UNDER ADDON-THRESHOLD SHOULD HAVE SNAP TENDER TO CHECKOUT...: This happens when the item is an add-on product, so the order total at checkout has to be $35+.

  • ERROR SCRAPING PRODUCT(S): FAILED TO AD...: This is a visual error when the product is actually OOS. The Watchdog task is still working properly.

  • TARGET REDCARD BEING DENIED/CARD BEING CONSTANTLY DECLINED: Check your RedCard account and see if there are any pending charges; if there's no pending charges or not a lot of them, then call Target RedCard support and ask them about your card being denied every time you try to purchase; the most likely reason is that there was too many attempts to purchase and they had locked your card. These purchase attempts cannot be viewed on your end.

  • FAILED TO REFRESH AUTHORIZATION TOKENS: Right-click task(s) -> Clear Task Data. If that doesn't fix it, please report said task(s).

AMAZON
  • FAILED TO FIND AMAZON ACCOUNT WITH THE EMAIL 'insert_email': The profile you're using for the Checkout Task on the Amazon module must have an Amazon account associated with said email.

  • BLOCKED BY AKAMAIGHOST TOO MANY TIMES: This is proxy related.

SHOPIFY
