STANDARD SETUP: Ghost Mode: Enabled Use Custom Path: Disabled
If you have issues on Target getting tasks past login blocked by bot protection, we recommend the following:
Ghost Mode: Enabled
Use Custom Path: Enabled
Solution 1 is to enable Custom Path. This will allow you to use a standard Chrome browser for logins rather than our custom solution, which could be flagged by Shape. When you enable Custom Path, you will be prompted to select your chrome.exe from a file manager. Please keep in mind that this is typically found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" on Windows an "/Applications/Google Chrome.app" on Mac. You can also use different versions of Chrome (i.e., Canary), which is sometimes a good alternative if you continue to have issues after switching to Chrome.
If neither of these solutions work, we recommend to check your proxies or let your accounts cool down for a few hours. These advanced settings are just meant to be backups in the event of frequent bot protection blocks.
